Operations – Work Orders

Tenant work orders are assigned based on priority and the corresponding response time for that item. Work orders sent immediately to engineering pertain to flooding, power failures, safety issues, and hot or cold calls relating to the season. If you need to initiate work orders items such as hanging whiteboards or other above-standard services, the response time will be adjusted accordingly.

Security will dispatch the on-call Engineer and/or Property Management personnel to resolve your issue.
HVAC & After-Hours Requests

The building standard operating hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, except national holidays. The building will provide your suite with heating and air conditioning during these hours. If your team is uncomfortable in the working environment, please contact Property Management at
(704) 556-9500 to initiate a work order.

If you require HVAC services outside the standard operating hours, please contact Property Management at
(704) 556-9500. Our team will forward the HVAC form to the tenant, which needs to be completed and sent back via fax to (704) 553-9900. These requests need to be arranged at least twenty-four hours in advance and charges will be assessed based on current rate.
