Work Orders are instructions sent to Property Management requesting a specific type of repair work to be performed within your suite of offices. You may submit a work order request by completing the Work Order Form. Work Order Form
The Visitor Authorization Form allows a tenant to notify Property Management and Security of a visitor or vendor that is visiting the tenant's suite. You may submit a visitor authorization by completing the Visitor Authorization Form. The building personnel will be expecting your visitors and will therefore further enhance building security and customer service.

of the office building to an escalator connecting directly to the Overstreet

South Tryon Square sells for $68.5M

South Tryon Square, a complex incorporating retail, office and hotel space in uptown Charlotte, has been sold to a Detroit pension fund for $68.5 million.
The property, at 201 and 237 S. Tryon St., is anchored by such tenants as Wachovia Corp., Dean & DeLuca and a Marriott Courtyard hotel.
The Police & Firemen's Retirement System of the city of Detroit purchased the property through Detroit-based asset-management firm MayfieldGentry Realty Advisors Inc. The retirement system bought the property from Tryon Development, a limited liability company.
The property represents a valuable and well-performing asset that can be maintained and improved to increase its value, says Marsha Bass Atwater, MayfieldGentry executive vice president.
Part of the site incorporates the former BarclaysAmerican building. Most of that side of the block fronting South Tryon was redeveloped by Spectrum Properties in the late 1990s. Link to article
